This yellow honey San Roque comes from Finca Chayote, one of several farms run by the Aguilera brothers in Costa Rica’s West Valley. With decades of experience and a strong focus on variety and processing, the twelve Aguilera siblings have become one of the most respected producing families in the country consistently delivering expressive, high-quality lots.

San Roque (also known as Kenia) is a natural mutation of SL-28 that first emerged in Costa Rica. Like its Kenyan parent, it's known for its vibrant fruit acidity and complex flavor profile often reminiscent of cola. In this lot, processed as a yellow honey, that acidity is matched by depth and sweetness.
