Pinhal Blend | Brazil | Natural | 200g
£10.29
Introducing Pinhal Blend, a tribute to the rich coffee heritage of Espirito Santo do Pinhal (Pinhal for short), a small town in São Paulo state right on the border with Minas Gerais. Most farms are small to medium-sized, many run by Italian immigrant families. Due to the steep landscape, coffee is still sometimes hand-harvested, and the region’s high elevation gives the coffee its distinctive flavour.
Armando Costa, father of Bruna, grew up in Pinhal and has been running Costa Café’s export office there for almost 40 years. These deep-rooted relationships with local farmers have inspired this blend, crafted to showcase the authentic flavours from Pinhal’s mountain farms.
